Not used on LaGGs or later Lavochkin projects, nor, as far as I can tell, on any Ilyushin series. Doesn't appear to go with any of the so-called "Ivanovs". It's not the I-16 or precursor Polikarpov projects, nor any of the piston-engined MiGs, nor any of the single-engined Yak fighters. I didn't recognize it, so I tried process of elimination. On the historical side however, I'm intrigued about this "R-II" thing. Just draw out something using a couple of french curves that looks about right, or go find a Clark Y, size it to the correct t/C ratio, and it will look fine and fly your creation well. I don't know where to find it, nor even why you'd want to. ![]()
